MEETING CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Henson called the regular meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 5:43 p.m. He <br />announced that there were some technical issues with the live streaming function so the meeting would <br />proceed without it. <br />2. INVOCATION <br />Eric Linares, Executive Director of Third Mill (Third Millenium Ministries) gave the invocation. <br />
