Commission, the complaining party should bring it to the attention of the City Commission <br />either in writing or at a City Commission meeting. The City Commission may vote to <br />investigate the allegation through an outside investigator who will report the findings to the <br />City Commission. <br />4. A finding of guilt requires the affirmative vote of the majority of the City <br />Commission, however a finding of malfeasance or misfeasance in office requires a vote of a <br />super -majority of the entire City Commission. <br />C. POSSIBLE SANCTION FOR APPOINTED BOARD MEMBERS. <br />The City Commission may rescind appointments to Board, in accordance with the Board applications, for <br />members demonstrating inappropriate conduct based on the Code of Boardmanship. <br />D. SIGNATURE <br />Following election or appointment to office and once a year thereafter at the first meeting in <br />February, each officer will confirm that they have received a copy of this Code of Boardmanship <br />for their review and use. <br />Resolution No. 23-3389 <br />Page 6 <br />
