WHEREAS, based on the foregoing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry has <br />determined the zoning classification of said property shall be PMX-MID (Planned Mixed Use: <br />Medium -Rise), as that district is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and <br />supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations of' the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Casselberry, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the City's Official Zoning Map established in Chapter II, Article IV, <br />Section 2-4.3. of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City <br />of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, designates the Property described in <br />"Attachment B," consisting of approximately 2.58 acres, PMX-MID (Planned Mixed -Use: <br />Medium Rise), as shown in "Attachment A." <br />SECTION II. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any <br />of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. <br />SECTION III. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE.
