NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Chapter II, Article IV, Section <br />2-4.3. of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, designates the Property described in <br />"Attachment B," consisting of approximately 1.04 acres, PMX-MID (Planned Mixed -Use: <br />Medium Rise), as shown in "Attachment A." <br />SECTION II. That the Icon Commons PUD and Concept Plan established in Ordinance <br />No. 21-1553 and recorded in O.R. Book 10015, Page 1470, et seq., of the Public Records of <br />Seminole County, Florida is hereby amended as identified in the Amended and Restated PUD <br />agreement and Concept Plan as seen in "Attachment B." <br />SECTION III. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any <br />of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. <br />SECTION IV. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION V. EFFECTIVE DATE.
