NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Chapter II, Article IV, Section 2-4.3. of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, designates the Property described in "Attachment B," consisting of approximately 1.04 acres, PMX-MID (Planned Mixed -Use: Medium Rise), as shown in "Attachment A." SECTION II. That the Icon Commons PUD and Concept Plan established in Ordinance No. 21-1553 and recorded in O.R. Book 10015, Page 1470, et seq., of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida is hereby amended as identified in the Amended and Restated PUD agreement and Concept Plan as seen in "Attachment B." SECTION III. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. SECTION IV. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. SECTION V. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days after its passage and adoption. FIRST READING this k7' day of , A.D. 2023.
