Code Enforcement Hearing <br />Minutes, October 19, 2023 <br />Page 3 <br />12. CE -23-001512: New Case at Parcel number 09-21-30-5BM-OA00-OOP3 Violation — City Code <br />2-7.9.a.7.a.1 Temporary structures, City Code 3-10.3.c.1 Overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris, City <br />Code 3-10.3.c.5.a Outdoor/open air storage — Unimproved land. <br />Staff Presentation: Tyler Hall, Code Compliance officer gave testimony that the property was reinspected <br />and found to remain in violation on October 16, 2023. The City requested a correction date of November <br />02, 2023. If no compliance by November 02, 2023, then a fine of $250.00 per day should then be imposed <br />for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of November 16, <br />2023, to determine compliance. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone present to speak about <br />this case, there was no one present. <br />Special Magistrate Ruling: The Special Magistrate found that CE -23-001512, located at Parcel 09-21-30- <br />5BM-OA00-OOP3 was in violation of the City Code Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based <br />on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent <br />shall cure the violations by 1:00 P.M. November 02, 2023. If there is no compliance by November 02, 2023, <br />then a fine of $250.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A <br />subsequent hearing will be held on November 16, 2023, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />17. Other Business <br />There was no other business. <br />18.
