Gamma Delta Sigma Chapter "Getting in Good Trouble" Awards <br />Luncheon and Related Budget Amendment #23-067 <br />Introduction: Approval of a donation from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to the Phi Beta Sigma <br />Fraternity, Inc. Gamma Delta Sigma Chapter "Getting in Good Trouble" Awards Luncheon held June 23, <br />2023, in the amount of $1,500 and related Budget Amendment 423-067 is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Budget Amendment 423-067 will establish the budget for this expenditure. The State Law <br />Enforcement Trust Fund will increase the Aids to Private Organizations account #104-0610-521.82-00 and <br />the Other Non -Operating Sources account #104-0610-389.90-00 by $1,500. <br />BA #23-067 <br />Explanation of Request: This budget amendment seeks City Commission approval for the Police <br />Department to donate $1,500 to Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Purchase of Two Replacement Chevy Tahoes as Patrol Vehicles and Related <br />Budget Amendment #23-068 <br />Introduction: Approval for the purchase of two Chevy Tahoes as replacement patrol vehicles at a cost of <br />$89,875 using a piggyback agreement with Bradford County Sheriff's Office 22-27-1.0 Duval -Chevrolet <br />and approval of related Budget Amendment #23-068 is requested. (REF: PBA -2023-1069) <br />Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #23-068 will increase the Insurance Proceeds account <br />#001-0000-369.85-00 in the amount of $37,911 and the Vehicles account #001-0610-521.67-22 in the <br />amount of $89,875 and decrease the Salaries account #001-0610-521.12-01 in the amount of $51,964. <br />BA #23-068 <br />
