Rear yard: N/A <br />Existing structures: <br />Existing buildings on-site and shown on the Concept Plan are to remain in current <br />locations. Attached or detached additions to existing structures that increase the floor <br />area in excess of 500 sq. ft. will require submittal of an updated concept plan and <br />approval by the City Commission of an amendment of this Agreement to revise <br />standards as appropriate. Additions may not encroach on the minimum required <br />bufferyards and landscape strips established in Section 6(I) of this Agreement, or <br />exceed the Comprehensive Plan minimums for this FLUM designation. <br />N. Maximum building height (in feet or stories): 45 ft., but subject to an increase after <br />submittal of an updated concept plan and approval by the City Commission of an <br />amendment of this Agreement to revise standards as appropriate. <br />O. Minimum parking standards per permitted use will be governed by both the Oxford <br />Park Overlay District (OPOD) and by Article XV, Offstreet Parking and Loading <br />Requirements, of the City's Unified Land Development Regulations. Where there is a <br />conflict between the two, the OPOD standards will apply. <br />P. Minimum lighting standards will be governed by the City's Unified Land Development <br />Regulations. The lighting shall be included on a separate illumination plan to be <br />provided at the time of site plan submittal. <br />Q. Architectural controls and development on the Subject Property shall follow a common <br />architectural theme by harmoniously coordinating the general appearance of all <br />buildings and accessory structures in accordance with the following design standards: <br />1. Overlay districts: Community Redevelopment District (CRD) and Oxford Park <br />Overlay District (OPOD) <br />2.
