designate the Property described in "Attachment B", consisting of approximately 15.66 acres, from <br />PMX-H (Planned Mixed -Use: High Intensity) to PMX-HIGH (Planned Mixed -Use: High Rise), <br />as shown in "Attachment A." The Property is subject to the PUD Agreement and associated <br />concept plan attached as "Attachment B." <br />SECTION II. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any <br />of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. <br />SECTION III. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE.
