D. Resolution 23-3881- Agreement with Seminole State College for Use of the Public Safety Training Complex Approval of Resolution 23-3881 authorizing an agreement between the City of Casselberry and Seminole State College for the use of their Public Safety Training Complex is requested. E. Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement for Ground Maintenance Services - Parks with Yellowstone Landscape Approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement for Ground Maintenance Services - Parks with Yellowstone Landscape to add the new Police Station to the annual maintenance schedule for an additional amount of $22,100 annually ($425 per visit) is requested. 8.
