RESOLUTION 23-3380 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COJIIIISSION OF THE C"ITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AN INNTENTORY LIST OF MUNICIPALLY ON NED PROPERTY THAT IS APPROPRIATE FOR USE AS AFFORDABLE HOL SING PURSUANT TO SECTION 166.0451, FLORIDA STATtTTES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. «X`HEREAS, Section 166.045 1, Florida Statutes requires that municipalities in the State of Florida prepare an inventory list of all real property within its jurisdiction to which the City holds fee simple title that is appropriate for use as affordable housing, and WHEREAS, the inventory list must include the address and legal description of the property and specify whether the property is vacant or improved. The City Commission must then review the inventory list at a public hearing and revise the inventory if necessary. Following the public hearing, the City Commission must adopt a resolution that includes the inventory list of the property, and WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the inventory of City owned property, and have determined that the City does riot own any property that is appropriate for use as affordable housing; and NAMEREAS, pursuant to City staffs review of the inventory of City owned property, the City Commission accepts City staffs re��Tie«, and hereby finds that the adoption of this Resolution is in conformance with the requirements of Section 166.0451. Florida Statutes. NO«T, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C'01-IISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLONA'S: SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the Real Property Inventory List, attached hereto, as the inventory list of City owned property that is appropriate for use as affordable housing pursuant to Section 166.04.51. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolution in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional., it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force. or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. SECTION= IV. Effective Date. This Resolution sliall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
