CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />POLICE OFFICERS' AND FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTEES <br />The Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board of Trustees met for a Special Workshop on <br />Tuesday, July 13, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake <br />Drive, Casselberry, Florida, 32707. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT <br />Chief Donald Harkins, Chairman <br />Frank A. Schutte, Vice Chairman <br />David I. Gonzalez, Member <br />William Nas, Police Officer Member <br />Chief John Pavlis, Secretary Member <br />STAFF/OTHERS PRESENT <br />Jeffrey Dreier, Finance Director <br />Thelma McPherson, City Clerk <br />Mike Welker, Bogdahn Consulting <br />1 Call to Order with Pledge of Allegiance <br />The July 13, 2006 Workshop of the Police Officersand FirefighteTs' Pension Board was called to order <br />with the Pledge of Allegiance by the Chairman at 9:00 a.m. in the City Hall Commission Chambers. The <br />Agenda had been duly posted and circulated to the Board Members by the City Clerk of the City of <br />Casselberry. <br />The meeting was called for presentations by potential money managers for the Police Officers' and <br />Firefighters' Pension Plan. Mr. Welker, Bogdahn Consulting stated that the following firms would have <br />a 20 minute timeframe to make their presentations, followed by a question and answer session. <br />Dana Investment Advisors <br />ICC Cap Management, Inc. <br />Manning & Napier <br />MOTION: Moved by Sgt. William Nas to select Manning & Napier and Galliard <br />Capital Management as the new Investment Managers and Salem Trust as <br />the custodian. Motion was seconded by Chief John Pavlis and carried on a <br />5 - 0 vote. <br />
