Approval of Return of Contributions <br />Contributions in the amount of $750.00 were returned to Police Officer Kyle Noyes when he terminated <br />employment with the City. <br />MOTION: Moved by Mr. Dale Christensen that the Return of Contributions Report, <br />dated August 19, 2003, be approved as presented. The motion was seconded <br />by Police Officer Robbin Lilly and carried unanimously by voice vote. (3 - <br />0) <br />IX. Resolution 2003-01 - Records Retention Policy <br />MOTION: Moved by Mr. Dale Christensen to adopt the State Records Retention <br />Schedule GSI -L and appoint Thelma McPherson as the Records <br />Management Liaison Officer for the Police Officers' ad Firefighters' <br />Pension Plan. The motion was seconded by Police Officer Robbin Lilly and <br />carried unanimously by voice vote. (3 - 0) <br />The Resolution will be forwarded to the Florida Bureau of Archives. <br />X. Premium Tax Distribution <br />The City received premium tax monies that were distributed as follows: <br />Police Officers' $184,784.25 <br />Firefighters' 42,917.16 <br />$227,701.41 <br />The Report was accepted by the Board; no formal action required. <br />XI. Attorney's Report <br />Asked if all members of the Board had filed their Financial Disclosure Forms. The Clerk stated <br />that all were in compliance with the filing of the forms. <br />XII. Miscellaneous <br />The next Pension Conference will be held September 24, 25 and 26, 2003 in Tampa, Florida. <br />Attendance at one of these conferences is required of all new trustee members within six months of <br />appointment to the board. <br />
