Motion was seconded by Mr. Dale Christensen and <br />carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />VIII. Financial Impact on Proposed Ordinance - Foster & Foster <br />Mr. Patrick T. Donlan, Foster & Foster, Inc., in a letter dated September 5, 2001, outlined the <br />costs associated with improvements that were presented in the proposed ordinance. The impact <br />proposed on the funding requirements, determined as of October 1, 2001 are as follows: <br />(1) Total Required Contribution $112,992 - 16.5% of Total Annual Payroll <br />(2) Expected Member Contributions $4,430 - 0.5% of Total Annual Payroll <br />(3) Applicable State Contributions - 0.0. <br />A copy of the letter dated September 5, 2001 from Foster & Foster is attached to and made a part <br />of these minutes. <br />X. Miscellaneous <br />Receipt of Premium Tax Distribution <br />In a letter dated August 17, 2001, Mr. Jeffrey Dreier reported that the City received premium tax <br />distribution on July 11, 2001 as follows: <br />Police Officers $152,030.79 <br />Firefighters $ 32,561.88 <br />Next Quarterly Meeting Date <br />The quarterly meeting for the Board will be set during the last week in November or the second <br />week of December. Board Members will be notified of the actual date at a later time. <br />XI. Adjournment <br />MOTION: Moved by Officer Jason McMullen to adjourn the meeting of <br />September 13, 2001 and set the next quarterly meeting of the Board <br />for November 26, 2001. Motion was seconded by Mr. Dale <br />Christensen and carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />
