CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />POLICE OFFICERS' AND FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTEES <br />The Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board of Trustees met on December 2, 2002 at <br />1:00 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Finance Conference Room, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida, 32707. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT <br />Thomas E. Embree, Chairman <br />Dale Christensen, Member <br />Theresa Krebs, Firefighter <br />Robbin Lilly, Police Officer <br />MEMBERS ABSENT <br />Hank Giffen, Member <br />OTHERS PRESENT <br />Jack Schluckebier, City Manager <br />Jeffrey Dreier, Finance Director <br />Thelma McPherson, City Clerk <br />Bill Stark, Investment Monitoring/Bogdahn Consulting <br />Lance Powers, TRUSCO Capital Management, Inc. <br />OTHERS ABSENT <br />Scott Christiansen, Board Attorney <br />I. Call to Order with Pledge of Allegiance <br />The December 2, 2002 Meeting of the Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board was <br />called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance by the Chairman at 1:00 p.m. in the Finance <br />Conference Room. The Agenda had been duly posted and circulated to the Board Members by <br />the City Clerk of the City of Casselberry. <br />II. Welcome New Member - Officer Robbin E. Lilly <br />The Board welcomed new member, Police Officer Robbin E. Lilly, elected by the members of <br />the Police Officers and Firefighters Plan. Officer Lilly had been previously sworn in by the City <br />Clerk within 10 days of his election as prescribed by Ordinance 95-847. A copy of his oath is <br />attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br />
