Call to Order with Pledge of Allegiance <br />The June 14, 2011 meeting of the Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board was called to <br />order at 10:01 a.m. in the City Hall Commission Chambers. Pledge of Allegiance followed the <br />Call to Order. The Agenda had been duly posted and circulated to the Board Members by the <br />Records Management Liaison Officer for the Board. <br />2. Introduction of Members and Guests <br />Officer James Strenth was welcomed as the new board member representing the police <br />department. <br />3. Approval of Minutes — February 15, 2011 <br />Corrections to the February 15, 2011 minutes were made by Mr. Glancy. Mr. Glancy noted a <br />correction to page 2, item #5. The minutes should read that "as interest rates rise, people invest <br />less in bonds". In the financial information section, a sentence was not completed and should <br />read "total return was 7.05% for the quarter." <br />MOTION: Moved by Mr. Glancy to approve the minutes of the February 15, 2011 <br />meeting with the correction noted above. Motion was seconded by Mr. <br />Stewart and carried unanimously on a 5-0 voice vote. <br />4. Audience Participation <br />There was no audience participation. <br />5. Presentations <br />Mr. Mike Welker of The Bogdahn Group presented a review of the pension plan <br />performance for the first quarter of calendar year 2011/ second quarter of fiscal year 2011 <br />as contained in the plan performance booklet provided to the board members by Bogdahn <br />
