ORDINANCE NO. A p <br />ORDINANCE providing for the refunding of <br />certain Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds and <br />the acquisition of additions, improvements <br />and extensions to the Water and Sewer System <br />of the City of Casselberry; authorizing the <br />issuance of Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, <br />Series 1974, of the City of Casselberry to <br />the aggregate principal amount of $9,000,000 <br />in connection therewith, and providing for <br />the payment of such revenue bonds solely from <br />the net revenues of said Water and Sewer <br />System and, to the extent provided, from the <br />proceeds of the utilities tax of said city. <br />WHEREAS the City of Casselberry is a political subdivision <br />and public body politic and corporate in Seminole County, Florida, <br />duly organized and operating under the Constitution and laws of <br />the State of Florida. including particularly Chapter 65-1351 of <br />the Laws of Florida, 1965 as amended; and <br />WHEREAS said city desires to refund its outstanding <br />Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds dated January 1, 1973, and to add to, <br />improve and extend its existing Water and Sewer System, and in order <br />to pay part of the cost thereof desires to issue revenue bonds pay- <br />able from the revenues of such system as hereinafter set forth all <br />as permitted under the Constitution and laws of the State of Florida; <br />WHEREAS said city now has outstanding the $4,000,000 <br />Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds dated January 1, 1973 hereinafter <br />defined as the "1973 Bonds"; and <br />
