RESOLUTION 23-3361 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY <br />LOCATED ON IRIS ROAD, PARCEL #16-21-30-5BS-0000-1360 TO <br />ENABLE THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution 20-3166, the City of Casselberry established a policy <br />that City owned real property must be declared as surplus real property by the City <br />Commission prior to its sale; and <br />WHEREAS, all prior City -owned surplus real property has been sold or re- <br />assessed and utilized for another public purpose; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to declare Parcel ID 16-21-30-5BS- <br />0000-1360 located on Iris Road as surplus in order to place this City -owned real property <br />for sale. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves <br />designating Parcel ID 16-21-30-5BS-0000-1360 located on Iris Road and described <br />below as surplus real property and enable the sale of said property. <br />E 25 FT OF LOT 136 <br />QUEENS MIRROR SOUTH <br />PB9PG44 <br />SECTION I1. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any <br />of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair <br />the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV.
