Prepared by and after recording return to: <br />Bradley Muckel <br />City of Casselberry Public Works Department <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, Florida 32707 <br />THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), is entered into by and between Keith <br />McWilliams, of 395 Orange Lane, Casselberry FL 32707, with a mailing address at 1830 Barton <br />Street, Longwood, FL 32750 ("Owner"), and The City of Casselberry, a Florida municipal <br />corporation ("City") with a mailing address at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707. <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, Owner desires to obtain a Revocable Right -of -Way Utilization permit (the <br />"Permit") from City, whereby Owner will be allowed to install, construct, and maintain the <br />following improvement(s): decorative concrete paver parking area described in Exhibit "A" (the <br />"Improvement(s)") located on portions of the road, median, parkway, rights-of-way and/or <br />drainage areas more specifically described in Exhibit `B" attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference (collectively, the "Dedicated Areas"); and <br />WHEREAS, the public rights-of-way are held by City for the benefit of the general public, <br />and it is the City policy to preserve these public rights of way for that purpose; and <br />
