C. For any claims related to this Sidewalk, the Developer's (or its <br />contractor's) insurance coverage shall be primary insurance as respects the City, its <br />officers, officials, employees, and volunteers. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained <br />by the City, its officers, officials, employees, or volunteers shall be excess of the <br />contractor's insurance and shall not contribute with it. <br />D. Each insurance policy required by this clause shall provide that coverage <br />shall not be canceled, except with thirty (30) days written notice to the City. <br />13. Amendment. This Agreement may be amended or terminated only by a written <br />instrument executed by the parties hereto or by their respective successors in interest or assigns, <br />and approved by the CRA and City Connmission after public hearing. <br />14. Recording. This Agreement shall not be recorded. <br />15. Severability. If any provisions of this Agreement are held to be illegal or invalid, <br />the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />16. Notices. Where notice is required to be given, it shall be by certified mail return <br />receipt requested, addressee only, hand delivery or courier.
