P -S -L- , 2016 6 , by and between JOSE E. SEGARRA, a 5TW_atZ person, of <br />315 Kantor Blvd., Casselberry, FL 32707 ("GRANTOR"), and SAUSALITO SHORES <br />HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, of P.O. Box <br />181685, Casselberry, FL 32718-1685, ("HOA") and CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />a municipal corporation, of 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida 32707 ("CITY"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, GRANTOR is the owner in fee simple title of certain real property located <br />in Seminole County, Florida, being more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein (the "Subject Property"), and GRANTOR has good and <br />lawful right to convey this Easement; and <br />WHEREAS, GRANTOR desires to grant and convey to CITY a temporary easement to, <br />over, under, upon, across and through that certain portion of the Subject Property which is <br />described on Exhibit "B" attached hereto (hereinafter referred to as the "Easement Area"), for <br />the purpose of the construction and installation of a wall along Red Bug Lake Road (hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Improvements" or "Wall"); and <br />WHEREAS, GRANTOR desires to grant and convey to the HOA a permanent easement <br />to enter onto the Subject Property and maintain the Improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the payment of Ten and No/100 <br />($10.00) Dollars in hand paid by CITY and HOA to GRANTOR, the mutual covenants and <br />agreements herein set forth, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt, adequacy and <br />sufficiency of which are hereby expressly acknowledged by the parties hereto, the parties hereto <br />do hereby covenant and agree as follows: <br />1.
