Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoice as submitted. B. Resolution 23-3353 — Utility Easement Agreement with Rebecca Reitzel for Parcel ID: 34-21-30-525-0000-2680 (2339 Antilles Drive) "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A UTILITY EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH REBECCA A. REITZEL ON PARCEL ID: 34-21-30-525-0000-2680 (2339 ANTILLES DRIVE); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 23-3553 provides for a Utility Easement Agreement with Rebecca Reitzei for utilities located on Parcel ID: 34-21-30-525-0000-2680 (2339 Antilles Drive). Budget Impact: There is no budget impact to the City Budget.
