RESOLUTION 08-1922 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA APPROVING <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH I9 SPORTS <br />TO UTILIZE FACILITIES AT SECRET LAKE PARK AND SUNNYTOWN <br />PARK; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br />WHEREAS, the City is owner of certain real property located in Casselberry, Florida, commonly <br />known as Secret Lake Park and Sunnytown Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has provided the youth of Casselberry with the opportunity to play soccer for <br />well over a decade; and <br />WHEREAS, 19 Sports desires to utilize the soccer fields at Secret Lake Park for the purposes of <br />practice and games and to use Sunnytown Park for practice; and <br />WHEREAS, 19 Sports has agreed to associated fees for use of the soccer fields and has agreed to <br />provide volunteer labor to assist with the maintenance of said ball fields. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the Agreement with <br />19 Sports (attached as Exhibit "A") and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City <br />SECTION H. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions <br />of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be <br />invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of <br />any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date.
