M IMrIT*-, <br />CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />CONTRACT <br />This CONTRACT made and entered into this J day of April, 2012, by and <br />between the: <br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the CITY, <br />and: <br />ASSOCIATED CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL, INC, <br />955 NORTH PENNSLYVANIA AVENUE <br />PARK,WINTER 32789 <br />hereinafter referred to as the CONSULTANT. <br />The CITY, as described in the CITY's public advertised Request for <br />Qualifications (RFQ 2011-1C1), desires to retain the services of the <br />CONSULTANT for professional services on a project or task authorization basis. <br />In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, <br />upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, and the CONSULTANT <br />performing services as an independent contractor and performing such services <br />upon said terms and conditions; it is agreed by and between the parties hereto <br />as follows: <br />A. Scope of Services <br />1. The following specific tasks will be performed by the CONSULTANT <br />a. General CONSULTANT and professional services related to real estate <br />planning, design and development management consulting specializing in <br />community redevelopment trends, guidelines and standards for positioning real <br />estate to stimulate quality place -making redevelopment investment. <br />b. The professional CONSULTING services include, but are not limited to, <br />preparing development economic development re -positioning strategies, <br />preliminary and/or final design and engineering documents, reports, designs and <br />bid packages for various Community Development projects to include, future <br />development of private and public projects, events, areas, parks, roadways, <br />drainage and traffic. Work may also include all aspects of implementing the <br />Central City District CRA Community Redevelopment Plan including the <br />possibility of coordinating a private -public -partnership approach for economic <br />development.
