The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, located at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida, 32707. Agenda 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Citizen Comments. 3. Development Review Committee Items. a. SPR 22-23: Multi -Tenant Industrial Warehouse — Maior Site Plan 3,d Review. Review of a major site plan to develop a multi -tenant industrial warehouse at 336 W. Melody Lane. b. SPR 23.03: Casselberry PD Station — Minor Site Plan 2nd Review. Review of a minor site plan modification to redesign the two driveways accessing Wilshire Boulevard for the new Casselberry PD Station, located at 115 Wilshire Boulevard. c. SPR 23-07: Casselberry Golf Club Screen Room — Minor Site Plan 1St Review. Review of a minor site plan modification to enclose an existing outdoor seating area with a hard roof and screen walls at the Casselberry Golf Club, located at 300 S. Triplet Lake Drive. d. SPR 23-09: Secret Lake Boat Ramp — Minor Site Plan 1St Review. Review of a minor modification at Secret Lake Park, located at 200 N. Triplet Lake Drive, for a boat ramp to be used only by the City for lake management purposes. SPR 23-10: Concord Lake Boat Ramp — Minor Site Plan 1St Review. Review of a minor modification at Sunset Lake Park, located at 168 N. Sunset Drive, for a boat ramp to be used only by the City for lake management purposes. 4. Discussion Items - None 2 Donna G. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the City of Casselberry A.D.A. Coordinator 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1150. This is a Public Meeting, and the public is invited to attend. This agenda is subject to change. Please be advised that one (1) or more members of the City Commission and/orone (1) or more members of any of the City's Advisory Boards may be in attendance and may participate in the discussions at the meeting. ADVISEMENTS TO APPLICANTS The project engineer is required to attend the DRC meeting where his/her item is being discussed. Failure of the project engineer to attend the meeting will result in the project review being postponed until the next scheduled meeting date. It is recommended that the owner/developeralso attend the DRC meeting. Preliminary DRC review commentswill be emailed to the project engineerthe afternoon before the scheduled DRC meeting at the latest. The project engineer is required to bring a set of project plans for mark-up purposes, including the landscape plan. The DRC meeting time is limited to the time period allocated on the agenda for each project.
