OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida 32707. Agenda 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Citizen Comments. 3. Development Review Committee Items. a. SPR 23-06: Free -Standing Emergency Room — Minor Site Plan 1St Review. Review of a minor site plan modification to redesign the driveway accessing Dog Track Road and reorient parking and landscaping accordingly at the property located at 2560 S US Hwy 17-92. 4. Discussion Items. a. SPR 23-03: Casselberry PD Station — Minor Site Plan 1St Review. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Please be advised that one (1) or more members of the City Commission and/or one (1) or more members of any of the City's Advisory Boards may be in attendance and may participate in the discussions at the meeting. ADVISEMENTS TO APPLICANTS The project engineer is required to attend the DRC meeting where his/her item is being discussed. Failure of the project engineer to attend the meeting will result in the project review being postponed until the next scheduled meeting date. It is recommended that the owner/developer also attend the DRC meeting. Preliminary DRC review comments will be emailed to the project engineer the afternoon before the scheduled DRC meeting at the latest. The project engineer is required to bring a set of project plans for mark-up purposes, including the landscape plan. The DRC meeting time is limited to the time period allocated on the agenda for each project.
