CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Monday, September 26, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present: David Henson, Chairman Anthony Aramendia, Vice -Chairman Mark Busch Andrew Meadows Chad Albritton Staff members present: Carol Conroy, Finance Director Christina Hyson, Chief Planner Lorie Mertens, Executive Assistant to the City Manager Joni Dixon, Secretary First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Henson at 4:30 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. Second Item of Business: Approval of Minutes — August 22, 2022. Mr. Henson asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public meeting held on August 22, 2022. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve the August 22, 2022 minutes. Mr. Busch seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Mr. Albritton arrived at the meeting at 4:31 p.m. Third Item of Business: Ratification of Invoices/Finance Report. Ms. Carol Conroy, Finance Director, reviewed the August 31, 2022 Finance Report (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Conroy stated that the August 31, 2022 Finance Report shows an audited beginning balance of $1,987,902 and actual revenue to date of $1,250.860. She said actual expenditures total $1,826,848 and commitments are $3,155. Ms. Conroy said that the City will be requesting a $1.3 million budget rollover to the next fiscal year for land acquisition.
