CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Monday, August 22, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present: David Henson, Chairman Anthony Aramendia, Vice -Chairman Mark Busch Members absent: Andrew Meadows Chad Albritton Staff members present: Randy Newlon, City Manager Carol Conroy, Finance Director Lorie Mertens, Executive Assistant to the City Manager Joni Dixon, Secretary First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. The meeting was called to order by Mr, Henson at 4:32 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. Second Item of Business: Approval of Minutes — April 25, 2022. Mr. Henson asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public meeting held on April 25, 2022. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve the April 25, 2022 minutes. Mr. Busch seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Third Item of Business: Ratification of Invoices/Finance Report. Ms. Carol Conroy, Finance Director, reviewed the July 31, 2022 Finance Report (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Conroy stated that the July 31, 2022 Finance Report shows an audited beginning balance of $1,987,902 and actual revenue to date of $1,250,828. She said actual expenditures totaling $1,823,948 and commitments of $5,590 will leave a fund balance of approximately $28,186 at the end of the fiscal year. Mr. Henson asked for a motion to approve the Finance Report. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve as presented. Mr. Busch seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote.
