Officer Andreone gave testimony that the property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on December 12, 2022. The City requested a correction date of February 13, 2023. If no compliance by February 13, 2023, then a fine of 100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of February 16, 2023, to determine compliance. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone present to speak to this case, there was no one present. The Special Magistrate found that CE -22-000694, -located at 1410 SR 436 was in violation of the City Code Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violations by 1:00 P.M. February 13, 2023. If there is no compliance by February 13, 2023, then a fine of $100.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on February 16, 2023, to determine if compliance has been achieved. SUBSEQUENT CASES- NOT IN COMPLIANCE- IMPOSE FINE CE -22-000398 123 Triplet Lake Dr. Supervisor Acevedo advised that CE -22-000398, 123 Triplet Lake Dr. was not in compliance by the date previously set of November 14, 2022, by the Special Magistrate and the fine should be imposed. A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -22-000398, 123 Triplet Lake Dr. based on Code Officer testimony, the Respondents did not comply by the order imposed on September 15, 2022. It was ordered that the Respondents pay the City of Casselberry a fine in the amount of $250 per day, for each day the violation exists and each day the violation continues to exist past the date of compliance of November 14, 2022. CE -22-000496 823 Seminola Blvd Supervisor Acevedo advised that CE -22-000496, 823 Seminola Blvd. was not in compliance by the date previously set of December 12, 2022, by the Special Magistrate and the fine should be imposed. A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -22-000496, 823 Seminola Blvd. based on Code Officer testimony, the Respondents did not comply by the order imposed on November 17, 2022. It was ordered that the Respondents pay the City of Casselberry a fine in the amount of $100 per day, for each day the violation exists and each day the violation continues to exist past the date of compliance of December 12, 2022. CE -22-000579 1510 Guinevere Dr. Supervisor Acevedo advised that CE -22-000579, 1510 Guinevere Dr. was not in compliance by the date previously set of December 4, 2022, by the Special Magistrate and the fine should be imposed. A ruling was made by the Special Magistrate that case CE -22-000579, 1510 Guinevere Dr. based on Code Officer testimony, the Respondents did not comply by the order imposed on October 20, 2022. It was ordered that the Respondents pay the City of Casselberry a fine in the amount of $150 per day, for each day the violation exists and each day the violation continues to exist past the date of compliance of December 04, 2022.
