Dixon <br />Mayor Henson presented a proclamation in recognition of Joni A. Dixon's retirement from the City of <br />Casselberry with 24 years of dedicated public service, retiring as the Community Development Coordinator <br />in the Community Development Department. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices <br />Introduction: Approval of the legal services invoices from the City Labor Attorney and the Code <br />Enforcement Special Magistrate is requested. <br />Discussion: The following invoices have been reviewed by the affected departments and are being <br />presented for approval: <br />Fisher & Phillips LLP <br />City Labor Attorney Services for December 2022 <br />• Invoice No. 1751988 $ 295.00 <br />Fishback Dominick LLP <br />Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Services for December 2022 <br />• Invoice No. 115123 $ 742.50 <br />Budget Impact: Funds for the City Labor Attorney's invoice are available in FY 2023 Budget Account <br />No. 001-0140-514.31-02. Funds for the Special Magistrate's invoice are available in FY 2023 Budget <br />Account No. 001-0140-514.31-03. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoices as <br />submitted. <br />B. Application for Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant for Dew Drop Park <br />Introduction: Approval to submit a Land and Water Conservation Fund grant application up to $1.5 <br />million with an equal local match, for a total cost of up to $3 inillion, for project PW 2110 Dew Drop Park <br />Improvements is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no immediate impact to the City Budget, but the City would need a future budget <br />amendment to recognize the revenue if a grant is awarded. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval <br />to submit a Land and Water Conservation Fund grant application up to $1.5 million with an equal local <br />match, for a total cost of up to $3 million, for project PW 2110 Dew Drop Park Improvements. <br />
