Gardner, Donna
From: Art Gallo <art.gallo@icloud.com>
Sent: Thursday, February 9, 2023 9:56 AM
To: Aramendia, Anthony
Subject: CALNO
CAUTION:
This message has originated from Outside of the Organization. Do Not Click on links or open attachments unless you are
expecting the correspondence from the sender and know the content is safe.
Good morning Commissioner Aramendia. I would like to read past minutes of CALNO meetings. As the current Chair,
would you kindly direct me to a link that I could use to access all of the past CALNO meeting minutes.
Also, I would like to have a copy of the latest version Bylaws & Charter of CALNO to read. Would you please also
forward me these documents, or direct me to a link that 1 can download them from. The last version Bylaws that I hold
is dated 7 March 2012..?
I don't hold any Charter or establishing document for CALNO other than the 2012 Bylaws..
Lastly, I noticed from watching the video of the last meeting on YouTube, that the public was not afforded an
opportunity to speak to the Council at a public input -like agenda item.
This seemed odd to me and I was wondering why this may be. Can you explain if the Public is permitted to address the
Council? I would expect that Public Input would be an agenda item at each CALNO meeting, and that Public Input would
have be listed as one of the requirements in the associated Bylaws.
Thank you Sir. Art Gallo
