Resolution 22-3345 — Modification of Exhibit C of the Seminole County Transportation and Education Infrastructure Plan Interlocal Agreement "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE MODIFICATION OF EXHIBIT C OF THE SEMINOLE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AND EDUCATION INFRASTRUCTURE PLAN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT TO FURTHER ALIGN IT WITH PLANNED PROJECTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 22-3345 provides for modification of Exhibit C of the Seminole County Transportation and Education Infrastructure Plan Interlocal Agreement to align with planned projects. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval of Resolution 22-3345. C. Resolution 22-3346 — Conveyance of an Easement to Duke Energy to Provide for Electrical Facilities for the New Police Department Headquarters "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF AN EASEMENT TO DUKE ENERGY FLORIDA, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, OVER A PORTION OF THE NEW POLICE DEPARTMENT HEADQUARTERS, PARCEL IDS 20-21-30-300-OA1C-0000, 20- 21-30-300-OA1B-0000, AND 20-21-30-300-OA1H-0000; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 22-3346 providing for conveyance of an easement from the City of Casselberry to Duke Energy for electrical facilities over a portion of the new Police Department Headquarters parcels (Parcel IDs 20-21-30-300-OAIC-0000, 20-21-30-300-OAIB-0000, and 20-21-30- 300-OA1 H-0000) is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 22-3346. D. Amendment No. 1 to the Continuing Professional General Engineering Services Agreement with Wright -Pierce, Inc. Introduction: Amendment No. 1 to the Continuing Professional General Engineering Services Agreement with Wright -Pierce, Inc. provides for changes to contract wage rates. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget.
