OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, January 19, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida 32707. Agenda 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Citizen Comments. 3. Development Review Committee Items. a. SPR 22-01 • Accessory Structure at All Faiths Memorial Park — Minor Site Plan 2nd Review. Review of a minor site plan modification to add a shed at the property located at 1390 Park Drive. b. SPR 22-20• S&K Townhomes — Maior Site Plan 4th Review. Review of a major site plan to develop five (5) townhomes at the property located at the northeast corner of NE Triplet Drive and Seminola Blvd. c. SPR 22-24• Shade Structure at Lake Forrest Prep — Minor Site Plan 2nd Review. Review of a minor site plan modification to add a shade structure at the property located at 836 Lake Howell Road. d. ZB 22.08: 5803 S US Hwy 17-92 — Planned Unit Development Concept Plan 2nd Review. Review of the proposed concept plan for a request to rezone the property located at 5803 S US Hwy 17-92 to a Planned Unit Development zoning district. 4. Discussion Items. a. None, 'Trc Donna G. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the City of Casselberry A.D.A. Coordinator, 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (407) 262-7700, Ext, 1150. This is a Public Meeting, and the public is invited to attend. This agenda is subject to change. Please be advised that one (1) or more members of the City Commission and/or one (1) or more members of any of the City's Advisory Boards may be in attendance and may participate in the discussions at the meeting. ADVISEMENTS TO APPLICANTS The project engineer is required to attend the DRC meeting where his/her item is being discussed. Failure of the project engineer to attend the meeting will result in the project review being postponed until the next scheduled meeting date. It is recommended that the owner/developer also attend the DRC meeting. Preliminary DRC review comments will be emailed to the project engineer the afternoon before the scheduled DRC meeting at the latest, The project engineer is required to bring a set of project plans for mark-up purposes, including the landscape plan. The DRC meeting time is limited to the time period allocated on the agenda for each project.
