7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken it stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless one item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices Fisher Phillips LLP, Invoice No. 1751988 - $295.00 Fishback Dominick LLP, Invoice No. 115123 - $742.50 B. Application for Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant for Dew Drop Park Approval to submit a Land and Water Conservation Fund grant application up to $1.5 million with an equal local match, for a total cost of up to $3 million, for project PW 2110 Dew Drop Park Improvements is requested. C. Resolution 23-3348 - FY23 First Quarter Budget Amendments and Budget Transfers Approval of Resolution 23-3348 to formally adopt budget amendments and budget transfers approved during the first quarter of FY 2023 is requested. D. Fiscal Year 2022 Report of City Investment Activity The City of Casselber y's Annual Report of Investment Activity for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022 is submitted for City Commission review and acceptance. 8. OTHER ITEMS A. Dew Drop Park Improvements 60% Design Plans Discussion The project team will provide an update regarding the 60% design plans for the Dew Drop Park Improvements project (PW 2110) and pursue discussion, recommendations, and guidance from the City Commission. B. Sunnytown Park Improvements Discussion Staff will facilitate a discussion regarding the status of the Sunnytown Park Improvements Project and solicit guidance from the City Commission on next steps. Please raise your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak briefly on the matter.
