Approval of Legal Services Invoices <br />Fisher Phillips LLP, Invoice No. 1751988 - $295.00 <br />Fishback Dominick LLP, Invoice No. 115123 - $742.50 <br />B. Application for Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant for Dew Drop Park <br />Approval to submit a Land and Water Conservation Fund grant application up to $1.5 million with an equal local <br />match, for a total cost of up to $3 million, for project PW 2110 Dew Drop Park Improvements is requested. <br />C. Resolution 23-3348 - FY23 First Quarter Budget Amendments and Budget Transfers <br />Approval of Resolution 23-3348 to formally adopt budget amendments and budget transfers approved during the first <br />quarter of FY 2023 is requested. <br />D. Fiscal Year 2022 Report of City Investment Activity <br />The City of Casselber y's Annual Report of Investment Activity for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022 is <br />submitted for City Commission review and acceptance. <br />8. Dew Drop Park Improvements 60% Design Plans Discussion <br />The project team will provide an update regarding the 60% design plans for the Dew Drop Park Improvements project <br />(PW 2110) and pursue discussion, recommendations, and guidance from the City Commission. <br />B. Sunnytown Park Improvements Discussion <br />Staff will facilitate a discussion regarding the status of the Sunnytown Park Improvements Project and solicit guidance <br />from the City Commission on next steps. <br />C.
