All <br />provisions in the original Agreement and supplements, if any, remain in effect except as expressly modified by this <br />supplement. <br />The changes to the Agreement and supplements, if any, are described as follows: <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />Name Sunset Drive Livable Streets Length 1.1 miles <br />Termini Oxford Road to Button Road <br />Description of Work: <br />This project includes the construction of a 4" thick, 8-10 foot wide concrete shared use path along the east side of Sunset <br />Drive from Oxford Rd to Button Rd in the City of Casselberry, with an approximate project length of 1.1 miles. The existing <br />roadway will be narrowed to provide the additional width for the shared use path, requiring reconstruction of the <br />northbound lane, milling and resurfacing, construction of curb and gutter, driveway reconstruction, drainage structures <br />and pipe, signing and pavement markings. Additional improvements include lighting conduit, handrail, landscaping, <br />irrigation, raised concrete speed tables and brick pavers at intersections and crosswalks. The project also provides on - <br />street parking at Sunset Park using permeable pavers. Utility coordination will be required. All pedestrian improvements <br />are to be ADA compliant. All work will be within the right-of-way or obtained easements. <br />The roadway pavers, permeable pavers and irrigation components are proprietary and have been approved for <br />reimbursement due to synchronization. <br />Bid Alt 1: Upgrade to black painted bike racks will be locally funded. <br />Bid Alt 2: Improvements to Overbrook Drive have been deemed ineligible for reimbursement being off the federal aid <br />system. These improvements include asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, landscaping and irrigation within the <br />Overbrook Drive right-of-way. <br />Bid Alt 3: Upgrade to black painted square post signs will be locally funded. <br />Bid Alt 4: Upgrade to black painted pedestrian railing will be locally funded. <br />
