ONGINAL <br />PROJECT NO. 0706 <br />SECTION 00400 <br />_ PROPOSAL - C;.00 <br />1. THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL IS HEREBY MADE TO the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, hereinafter called the Owner. Proposal is submitted by <br />Prime Construction Group, Inc. <br />The Undersigned hereby proposes and agrees to furnish all the necessary engineering, <br />construction plans and specifications, labor, materials, equipment, tools and services <br />needed for the "WINTER PARK DRIVE NORTH REALIGNMENT' for the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, in accordance with the Specifications and Procedural Documents <br />prepared by the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br />In submitting this Proposal, the Undersigned declares that the only persons or parties <br />interested in the Proposal as principals are those named herein, and that the Proposal is <br />made without collusion with any other person, form or corporation. <br />2. The Undersigned acknowledges that he has received a complete set of Contract <br />Documents as listed in the ENUMERATION OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: <br />3. Contract Time <br />If awarded the Contract, the Undersigned agrees to complete the Work within the time <br />limits stated in the Agreement.
