OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on <br />Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake <br />Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />A(;FNnA <br />1. A conditional use request to operate a dog daycare facility at 497 SR 436, <br />Suite 177. <br />5. CU 22-15: 172 Wilshire Blvd. A conditional use request for a trade and skilled services without outside storage <br />use at the property located at 172 Wilshire Blvd. <br />6. BA 22-01: 251 S Triplet Lake Drive. A variance request to Section 2-5.4, Table 2-5.4 of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations to allow a 3.9 -ft. encroachment into the required 10 -ft. side yard setback at the <br />property located at 251 S Triplet Lake Drive. <br />7.
