Resolution 07-1814 — Agreement with Public Resources Management Group, Inc. to Conduct a Water, Wastewater and Reclaimed Water Utility Rate Study & Related Budget Transfer This item seeks approval to approve a utility rate study by Public Resources Management Group for the three year period 2008- 2010; further requesting approval of budget transfer 407-62.
