The mono judgment provisions of this section shall not apply to real property or personal property which is covered under Section 4(a), Article X of the State Constitution. SECTION 3: That Section 2-154, Duration of Lien, of the Code of the City of Casselberry, is hereby amended as follows: Section 2-154 Duration of Lien.
