DESCRIPTION: <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />A portion of land lying in Lot 3, Block "I", SEMINOLE SITES, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 40, <br />41, 42 and 43, Section 4, Township 21 South, Range 30 East, Public Records of Seminole County, <br />Florida, being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commence at the Southeast Corner of Lot 3, Block "I", said Plat of SEMINOLE SITES, said point also <br />being the most Southwesterly Corner of Lot 2, Block "I", of said Plat; thence run N 25°26'23" W <br />along the common lot line of said Lots 2 and 3, Block "I" of said SEMINOLE SITES, a distance of <br />15.02 feet to a point on the North line of a 15.00 foot drainage easement, said point also being <br />the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run S 61`28'38" W along said North line of a 15.00 foot drainage <br />easement 58.58 feet to the East line of a 7.50 foot drainage easement; thence run N 29°34'47" W <br />along said East easement line a distance of 23.43 feet; thence departing said East line of said 7.50 <br />foot easement run N 69'56'55" E a distance of 60.46 feet to the East line of Lot 3, Block "I" and <br />the West line of Lot 2, Block "I", in said Plat of SEMINOLE SITES; thence S 25°26'23" E along said <br />common line of Lots 2 and 3, Block "I", of said SEMINOLE SITES 14.54 feet to the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING. <br />Containing 1,124 square feet or 0.026 acres, more or less. <br />SURVEYORS NOTES: <br />1.
