SECTION I. LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS. The above recitals are hereby adopted as the legislative findings of the City Commission. The City Commission finds and determines that there is competent substantial evidence to support the findings and determinations made in this Section. SECTION II. AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE VII, GENERAL REGULATIONS, SECTION 2-7.27. Section 2-7.27 - Vehicular services, maintenance, and light mechanical repair in the PMX-H and PMX-L zoning districts, of the ULDRs of the City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended to read: Section 2-7.27. - Large retail establishments. The location and design of these uses shall adhere to the following standards to alleviate negative effects to surrounding residential uses: as follows: 1. Hours of operation for vehicular part sales and services areas are limited to 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturdays and Sundays. -35.
