of Casselberry, Florida, regulating and restricting the use of lands within the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, is hereby amended to designate the Property described in "Attachment A", consisting of <br />approximately 3.94 acres, from Low Intensity Non-Residential/Medium Density Residential to <br />Major Thoroughfare Mixed -Use as shown in "Attachment B". <br />SECTION II. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any <br />of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. <br />SECTION III. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty-one <br />(3 1) days after adoption.
