Veterinary medical services. A facility for animal examinations, care, and medical procedures <br />performed at the facility. The facility may include a corralled outdoor animal run for recovery and <br />walking the animal that is not traversable between the inside and outside of the building at the <br />animal's discretion. Animals shall not be left in the run for extended periods of time or <br />unaccompanied. This land use does not include a boarding, pet daycare,rog_oming, or a mobile <br />veterinary clinic service. <br />SECTION VI. VESTING OF LAND USES. Land uses that are lawful uses at the time <br />of the effective date of this Ordinance shall remain legally conforming uses and shall be exempt <br />from this Ordinance. Despite the vesting of existing uses, in the abundance of caution, City staff <br />is directed to provide Bert J. Harris Act notices to certain businesses at City staff's discretion to <br />ensure that all businesses are aware of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION VII. CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City <br />of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become <br />and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the Sections <br />of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re -lettered to accomplish such intention; and that the <br />word, "Ordinance" may be changed to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. <br />SECTION VIII. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts of Ordinances or <br />Resolutions, which are in conflict with any provisions of this Ordinance, are hereby repealed to <br />the extent of the conflict. <br />SECTION IX. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION X. EFFECTIVE DATE.
