This agreement provides for the purchase of public safety video surveillance solutions and related equipment, software, and accessories for an annual amount not to exceed $138,177.12, and a total contract arnount of $690,885.92 for the period beginning October 10, 2022, through December 1, 2027 and related Budget Amendment #23-005 is requested. Piggyback Agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc., for Public Safety Video Surveillance Solutions - In Car Camera with Related Equipment and Related Budget Amendment #23- 006 Consideration for approval to piggyback the Sourcewell Contract 010720-AXN with Axon Enterprise, Inc. This agreement provides for the purchase of Axon Cloud Services and related equipment for an annual amount not to exceed $8,086.56, and a total contract amount of $40,432.80 for the period beginning October 10, 2022, through December 1, 2027 and related Budget Amendment #23-006 is requested. H. Task Authorization No. 9 with CPH, LLC. for Additional Post -Design Services for PW 2113 Municipal Way Parking Lot Expansion and Related Budget Amendment #23-010 Task Authorization No. 9 with CPH, LLC. and related Budget Amendment #23-010 provide for additional post - design services for the Municipal Way Parking Lot Expansion project in the amount not to exceed $9,077.60.
