ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present with the exception of Commissioner <br />Chad Albritton. Commissioner Albritton's Excuse of Absence was considered and approved as part of the <br />Consent Agenda later in the meeting. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of August 22, 2022 — Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the August 22, 2022 <br />Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />No items were presented on this agenda. <br />7. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />A. Resolution 22-3328 — Tentative Millage Rate and Voted Debt Millage Rate for <br />Fiscal Year 2022/2023 <br />Mayor Henson announced for the record that the first public hearing to consider the City of Casselberry's <br />tentative millage rate for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 would now begin. <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 22-3328 by title, as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE TENTATIVE MILLAGE RATE AND THE VOTED DEBT <br />MILLAGE RATE FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 2022 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2023; ANNOUNCING THE <br />ROLLED -BACK MILLAGE RATE, THE PERCENTAGE BY WHICH THE TENTATIVE <br />MILLAGE EXCEEDS THE ROLLED -BACK RATE AND THE TENTATIVE MILLAGE RATE <br />TO BE LEVIED; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
