CASSELURRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of September 12, 2022 — Special Meeting Page 2 of 3 to City Commission Seat No. 2 and Mark Busch as Elected to City Commission Seat No. 3 Staff Presentation: City Clerk Donna Gardner stated that pursuant to City Code Section 2-36(b) (2), since all three qualified candidates were unopposed, they are considered to be elected and no 2022 City Election was held. She then requested that the City Commission confirm the election results and certify Anthony Aramendia as elected to City Commission SeatNo. 1, Andrew Meadows as elected to City Commission Seat No. 2, and Mark Busch as elected to City Commission Seat No. 3, pursuant to City Code. MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to certify the election results and to certify Anthony Aramendia as elected to City Commission Seat No. 1, Andrew Meadows as elected to City Commission Seat No. 2 and Mark Busch as elected to City Commission Seat No. 3. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Meadows. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. 4. SEATING OF NEWLY ELECTED OFFICIALS A. Oath of Office — Commissioner Seat No. 1 — Anthony Aramendia The following oath was administered to Anthony Aramendia by the City Attorney: "l, Anthony Aramendia, do solemnly swear that I will support, protect, and defend the Constitution and Government of the United States and of the State of Florida; and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Casselberry; and that I am duly qualified to hold office under the Constitution of the State; and that I will well and faithfully perform the duties of Commissioner of the City of Casselberry, Florida, on which I am about to enter, so help me God." The Oath, as administered, was signed by Commissioner Aramendia and affirmed by the City Attorney and is attached to and made a part of these minutes. B.
