all such costs. Thereafter, the City will reimburse Target for all of the costs incurred in Target's <br />completing the removal of the fence and restoration of the Target Property within thirty (30) days <br />after receipt of Target's invoice setting forth such costs. <br />2. The City will defend, protect, indemnify and hold Target, its departments, <br />agencies, board of directors, officers, employees and agents harmless with respect to any and all <br />liabilities, loss, claims, actions, suits, injunctions, costs, expenses, liens and other legal and <br />equitable proceedings (including reasonable attorneys' and other professionals' fees) that it may <br />suffer or incur as a result of any injury, including death or damage to persons or property, which <br />results from or relates to the City's actions or omissions, negligent or otherwise, in connection <br />with the fence, or with any and all work of any type which the City or its employees, agents or <br />representatives perform or should perform upon Target's Property in connection with this <br />License. The obligations set forth in this Paragraph 2 shall survive the expiration or termination <br />of this Agreement. <br />3. The term of this License shall commence on the date hereof and shall terminate <br />on the earlier of : (i) the date Target terminates or otherwise revokes this License, or (ii) the date <br />the City either removes or relocates the City's fence from Target's Property. <br />4.
