OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE <br />The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at <br />9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida 32707. <br />Agenda <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call. <br />2. Citizen Comments. <br />Development Review Committee Items. <br />a. SPR 22.10. 1436 SR 436 Unit #1064 — Minor Site Plan 19t Review (continued). Review of a minor site <br />plan modification to add outdoor seating at the Santa Rosa Mexican Restaurant located at 1436 SR 436 <br />Unit #1064. <br />b. SPR 22-06: 4460 S US Hwy 17-92 — Minor Site Plan 3rd Review. Review of a minor site plan modification <br />to add a second drive-through, walk-in cooler, and other minor site improvements at the Taco Bell located at <br />4460 S US Hwy 17-92. <br />c. ZB 21-02• Summerloch Green — Rezoning and Development Agreement 2nd Review. Review of the <br />proposed rezoning and development agreement associated with the Summerloch Green Mobile Home Park <br />located at 999 Mango Drive. <br />4. Discussion Items. <br />a. Coordinator, 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1150. <br />This is a Public Meeting, and the public is invited to attend. This agenda is subject to change. Please be advised that one (1) <br />or more members of the City Commission and/or one (1) or more members of any of the City's Advisory Boards may be in <br />attendance and may participate in the discussions at the meeting. <br />ADVISEMENTS TO APPLICANTS <br />The project engineer is required to attend the DRC meeting where his/her item is being discussed. Failure of the project <br />engineer to attend the meeting will result in the project review being postponed until the next scheduled meeting date. It is <br />recommended that the owner/developer also attend the DRC meeting. Preliminary DRC review comments will be emailed to <br />the project engineer the afternoon before the scheduled DRC meeting at the latest. The project engineer is required to bring a <br />set of project plans for mark-up purposes, including the landscape plan. The DRC meeting time is limited to the time period <br />allocated on the agenda for each project. <br />
