Book 9319 Page 1457 <br />Instrument# 2019029727 <br />Regulatory Conservation Easement is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of <br />Grantor and its successors and assigns. The partial release to the Conservation <br />Easement applies only to the real property described in attached Exhibit "K. <br />2. Paragraph 3, of the Conservation Easement, Reserved Rights, is hereby <br />replaced in its entirety with the following: Work involving the installation and <br />maintenance of geoweb material within an upland cut ditch located within the eastern <br />portion of the Conservation Easement: <br />Reserved Rights. Grantor reserves unto itself, and its successor and assigns, all <br />rights accruing from its ownership of the Property, including the right to engage in <br />or permit or invite others to engage in all uses of the Property, that are not <br />expressly prohibited herein and are not inconsistent with the purpose of this <br />Conservation Easement. Grantor further reserves the right to perform all <br />necessary maintenance, repair and restoration activities associated with the <br />Grantor's erosion control project associated with the Carriage Hill stormwater <br />outfall's Emergency Erosion control project, funded by NRCS. <br />3. Reaffirmation. Except as specifically set forth herein, all provisions of the <br />Conservation Easement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The <br />remainder of the property described in the Conservation Easement is unaffected by this <br />Amendment and shall continue to be bound by the terms of said Conservation <br />Easement. Paragraphs 1, 2, 4 through 9 of the Conservation Easement apply and shall <br />continue to apply to all of the Property. <br />3 <br />
