Brown ("GRANTORS") with a mailing <br />address of 367 Imperial Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707 and the CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />("CITY"), whose address is 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida 32707. <br />'- WITNESSETH: <br />`NWHEREAS, GRANTORS are the owners in fee simple title of certain real property <br />-Y located in Seminole County, Florida, being more particularly described in Exhibit 'A' <br />iattached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein (the "Grantors' Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, CITY is constructing a pedestrian and bike trail ("Trail") within <br />Summerset North Subdivision, adjacent to GRANTORS' Property, but the CITY needs <br />permission to temporarily enter upon a portion of GRANTORS' Property described in <br />Exhibit "B" ("Easement Area") to construct the trail. <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars <br />($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the parties hereto, do hereby covenant and agree as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals shall be and are hereby incorporated into and made a <br />part of this Agreement. <br />2. GRANTORS do hereby grant and convey to the CITY, its contractors and/or <br />
