Call to Order/Roll Call <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />3. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on August 10, 2022. <br />4. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />5. LPA 22.08: Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment at 1398 State Road 436. A request to amend the Future Land Use <br />Map from Low Intensity Non-Residential/Medium Density Residential (LINR/MDR) to Major Thoroughfare Mixed -Use (MTMU) for <br />one (1) parcel located at 1398 State Road 436. <br />6. CU 22.10: 176 S. Winter Park Drive. A conditional use request to operate public and private utilities at the property located at 176 <br />S. Winter Park Drive. <br />7. SPR 22-14: Queens Mirror Nutrient Reduction Facility at 176 S. Winter Park Drive. A major site plan request to construct a <br />municipal nutrient reduction facility at 176 S.
